Upon receiving the delivery notification, the customer must pay the remaining balance within 3 business days. If there are special circumstances, the customer must inform us in advance for negotiation.<\/p><p>If the final payment is not made within 1 week after notification, the customer will incur an additional $20 per unit storage fee. If payment is not received within 2 weeks, the order will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded due to the customer\u2019s reasons.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4><strong><b>Shipping Policy<\/b><\/strong><\/h4><p>For in-stock orders, the items will be shipped within 3 working days after the payment has been processed.<\/p><p>For pre-order (future-stock) orders, the items will be shipped within 3 working days once they have arrived at the company&#8217;s warehouse. Regarding the release date, the company will always provide customers with an estimated time frame, but the actual delivery date will depend on the manufacturer&#8217;s schedule.<\/p><p>The shipping fee for each order is determined by the weight of the machine model, the contents of the order, and the destination country\/region.
