| Purchasing Guidelines

1. The shipping costs, customs charges, and taxes(if any) are not included in the retail price shown above. Welcome to ask for details for different order.
   For some countries,DDP service (PRICE including the custom cost and shipping charge) also can be provided.
2. The pictures shown are for reference only; the final shipment version shall prevail.
3. We kindly request your understanding that once an order or preorder has been placed with BITMARS Group, it is considered final and cannot be canceled.

| Shipping Details

1. Shipments will be scheduled on a first-paid-first-ship basis for orders on which BITMARS has received full payment.
2. For the pre-order, the specific delivery date of which is subject to the factory. If there is any update on the schedule, BITMARS would keep the buyer fully informed.

| Warranty

1. Kindly note that for new brand 100% miners,warranty is 12 months/6 months (up to different policy from factory ) since the production from factory.
2. CANAAN will cover shipping costs when shipping a replacement unit within the warranty period.
3. If the user fails to use the product per the given instructions, specifications, and conditions provided or changes the function settings of the unit without CANAAN’s prior consent, CANAAN will not be liable for any damage arising therefrom.
