We will provide all the information that customers need. Including the information about our company, specification about the products, details of payment and amount, expected delivery time period, etc.

After-sales service

After the payment is completed, we will follow up with the customer on the logistics information. Please note that all brand new products have not been opened by us. The products are shipped directly from the brand’s factory to our warehouse, and we will deliver them to the customer without any tampering.

If any quality issues arise during the warranty period, we will provide the customer with the brand’s official after-sales contact information to assist them with the repair process. If the customer encounters any technical problems, we will arrange for a technician to provide remote assistance.
